Copper

Copper is a basic element that is extracted from copper ore. It is mainly mined in Chile, Peru, the United States and Indonesia. In its pure form, this metal is red/yellow in colour. Incidentally, primary copper can cause environmental harm. Secondary copper is an excellent alternative, that is easily recycled.
